1 · Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of DataDra websites, software, mobile apps, APIs and any associated services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced herein.
1.1 Service Scope
- Military-grade VPN, encrypted calendar, eSIM, secure voice, password manager (“DataDra Pass”) and wallet authenticator.
- All Services are provided on a subscription basis; see Section 5 for cancellation rights.
1.2 Licence & Restrictions
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services solely for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code;
- Use the Services to infringe intellectual property or for prohibited content (see AUP);
- Violate export control, sanctions or applicable telecommunications laws.
1.3 Updates
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Material changes to these Terms will be notified via email or in-app alerts.
1.4 Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any liability which cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, DataDra’s aggregate liability shall not exceed twelve (12) months of fees paid by you.
2 · Privacy & Data Protection Notice
DataDra is committed to the protection of your personal data in accordance with:
- UK General Data Protection Regulation & Data Protection Act 2018;
- EU GDPR (for EU residents);
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and CPRA (for US CA residents);
- Applicable local laws where we operate.
2.1 Data Controller

2.2 Personal Data We Process
- Account data (email address, subscription status, hashed authentication tokens).
- Billing data (encrypted card tokens handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 provider).
- Service metadata. No VPN traffic or voice content is logged.
2.3 Lawful Bases
Contract performance, legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service security), and consent where required for optional analytics cookies.
2.4 International Transfers
All core user data is stored exclusively in UK ISO 27001-certified data centres (data sovereignty). If support data is processed outside the UK/EU, we rely on UK Addendum SCCs.
2.5 Data Subject Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) or your local authority.
4 · Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Prohibited Content & Activities
- Illegal content, child sexual abuse material, extremist propaganda.
- Network abuse (DDoS, port scanning, spam, malware distribution).
- Intellectual-property infringement.
4.2 Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate suspension, account termination, reporting to authorities, and preservation of evidence as required by law.
5 · Consumer Information & Subscription Rights
5.1 Cooling-Off Periods
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the forthcoming DMCC Act, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase or renewal (and again for any promotion that converts to a 12-month term). Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation.
5.2 Digital Content Quality
Services must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Where non-conformity occurs, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or proportionate refund.
6 · Security & Operational Resilience
- NIS Regulations: DataDra is a Relevant Digital Service Provider (cloud services, online marketplace) registered with the ICO.
- ISO 27001 certified information-security management.
- End-to-end encryption, zero-knowledge architecture, regular CREST-accredited penetration tests.
7 · Accessibility Statement
DataDra is committed to WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance in line with the Equality Act 2010 and Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018. If you encounter accessibility barriers, contact access@datadra.net.
8 · Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These policies are governed by the laws of England & Wales. We encourage amicable resolution; however, you may refer disputes to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider or bring proceedings in the UK courts.
